Whether this is Science in Grade 1 (as shown in the display above) or the enthusiasm for Sport so evident at the Sports Day today, students are constantly able to explore new things and improve their understanding of themselves and their world.
These benefits to an PYP education were highlighted in a recent survey by Deakin University in Australia. The research looked at the education for 4-6 year olds in two PYP Schools in Melbourne and two here in Singapore.
Their findings which can be found by clicking here indicate that :
- IB PYP students benefit from their pre-school education over and above non-IB students
- IB PYP students perform at or above literacy levels typically expected for their age groups
- IB students are significantly more likely to have high levels of “learning skills”
- IB students are aware of their own learning and personal development
- Parents of IB students are very positive about their children’s education

There are 3 levels of books; Star (6yrs and below), Junior (6 and below) Wizard (7-12) and Ace (13 and above). Please return the order forms within 2 weeks (i.e. by the 29th September), and your books should arrive about 4 weeks later.
