This was clear at the PTA Picnic where students and parents from many nations enjoyed a relaxing evening here at Paterson. It is this vibrant international community that makes ISS such a special place for both students and parents, with us all living and learning in an environment which is truly international and not dominated by one or two nationality groups.
As you will see below we have another busy few weeks ahead with the ISA tests for Grade 3-5 next week and Book Week the following week. ECA's are also due to start soon and for parents Monday sees the monthly PTA meeting where our literacy Support Teacher Kate Bond will be talking about 'How to support your child's reading habits'.
Just like the plants that Grade 1 are growing ISS is providing all the conditions needed to help our students to learn and grow and I look forward to an exciting February.
Mandarin Survey
As a school we , like our students, are continually looking to learn and improve.
Your feedback is vital to help us to do this. Please find attached a link to a survey about Mandarin learning at ISS. http://goo.gl/forms/jkCji6Ydeg
